For the second time in a week an ATVcrash has claimed a life in Minden Hills.

The Haliburton Highlands OPP reportthat on Sept. 13 members were called to the scene of an ATV rolloveron a logging road near Black River Road.

The driver and lone occupant of thevehicle 71-year-old Blaine McKay of Scarborough was pronounced deadat the scene.

An investigation is ongoing.
