Apparently the Green party candidatein Haliburton-Kawartha Lakes-Brock will not be conducting mediainterviews leading up to the June 7 provincial election.

The party has confirmed that LynnTherien is the party's candidate in the riding. However an email tothe paper from Ontario Green party media contact Jason LaChappelleindicated Therien will not be available for interviews.

“Unfortunately Lynn is not availableto take media requests during the campaign” LaChappelle wrote. “Ifyou were looking for a comment or quote from the party on aparticular issue I can certainly provide that to you but Lynnherself isn't available for interview.”
