A Minden Hills man is one of two men charged in an armed robbery that took place in the Coboconk area on the morning of Saturday, June 19.

According to the Kawartha Lakes OPP, just after 8 a.m., the complainants called 911 after arriving at their destination and being robbed by two armed men who’d been following them in another vehicle.

The 27-year-old Minden Hills man is charged with armed robbery and mischief under $5,000. A second man, a 30-year-old from Scarborough, is charged with armed robbery.

Both accused will appear in court in Lindsay on July 29.
