Donna Young and John Cowling are working together to reopen the former Village Chalet restaurant space on Bobcaygeon Road which has been left empty since an unexpected closure by former owners on Christmas Day in 2017. The building has been purchased by Shannon Green and Andrew Roper and Young and Cowling are renting the space and managing the new restaurant which will be called Reflections. The restaurant will offer a menu featuring homemade items that include vegetarian and gluten-free options and is expected to open this April.
